We never take our customers for granted. Our repeat shipments are always treated as a bespoke delivery service. We have no hesitation in staying agile, modifying our plans to get the best result for our clients.

Take for example a regular airfreight shipment of goods from the USA to Morocco. Our regular shipping route from Los Angeles to Casablanca began to suffer long backlogs which would have delayed our client’s shipment for several days.

Our team at C4 considered this to be an unacceptable outcome and provided an alternative solution: to re-route the shipment via road freight to San Francisco before transferring by air freight, via Abu Dhabi, to Morocco. This alternative option also allowed a higher volume of cargo to be transported, resulting in an overall cost saving to our client.

At C4 Logistics we are constantly monitoring the status of our delivery routes. During peak times or periods of adversity we stay agile to adapt the plans we offer to our clients. We always provide the most suitable and cost-effective solutions.
