C4 Logistics already deliver to over 160 countries worldwide and we are always adding new destinations to our catalogue. When destinations are hard to reach quickly by road, we enlist the skills of our specialist air transport team (C4 Air) to find a bespoke solution.
For example, when key automotive parts needed to reach Thailand from France on a tight 24hr deadline, we organised a bespoke hand-carry service including door-to-door delivery and customs clearance. C4 employ a specially selected catalogue of hand-carry couriers who are trained in customs clearance and security. This ensures shipment can clear customs quickly and high value or sensitive items are always delivered safely.
C4 UK have achieved ISO accreditation for the 15th year!
ISO 9001-2015 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS.) A government-recognised certification, ISO 9001-2015 specifies the standards a QMS must satisfy in order to achieve international accreditation.
Assessed by an independent awarding body, C4 UK’s QMS procedures were appraised against multiple industry standards including risk management, service quality, carrier selection and ongoing staff training. The awarding body found implementation of the C4 QMS to be excellent in all areas.
Adhering to ISO 9001-2015 ensures our customers always receive the best possible service.

Most people think hand-carry services can only be used for small packages or sensitive documents, but this is not the case!
When scheduled airfreight is unavailable, our specialist team at C4 Air can utilise their special relationship with the airlines to gain permission for larger shipments to be carried on scheduled passenger flights. Our trusted hand-carry couriers will accompany the shipments throughout transit and can also complete any customs requirements in advance to ensure the fastest possible transit.
At C4 Logistics we celebrated Christmas by making our customers happy! Even on the biggest holiday of the year our customers faced transport troubles. Luckily our amazing operations staff were able to provide the best Christmas present ever – a door to door service with an on-board carry and no line stoppage. Of course, having a direct line to Santa always helps!
And to welcome the New Year in style, we organised a second on-board carry for New Year’s Eve! Making sure our customer’s production line started the New Year in full action. The C4 service is truly 24/7/365.
French media are predicting disruption from industrial strikes to last for at least three weeks! What does this mean for our customers…….?
In a recent statement, C4 Logistics Managing Director, Sebastien Barth said: “The industrial action in France is causing a lot of disruption to scheduled transports, especially those by road. At C4 Logistics we are supporting our customers by finding alternative transport methods, ensuring their critical shipments are completed on time and for a competitive price.”
Elaborating further, Sebastien went on to say: “Air transports are one of our specialties. We have an extremely competent team of air experts at C4 Air who can always find an alternative to road transports for a competitive price. For example, they recently organized an onboard carry for a customer whose scheduled transport was cancelled at the last minute because of the industrial action. The customer received a door-to-door service, with full tracking, faster than road transport and at a cost only slightly higher than the price of their scheduled shipment. I would encourage anyone who has a transport affected by the strikes to get in touch and we will find you a solution.”

Did you know that C4 Air are “on call” to arrange air charters 24/7?
With the announcement of widespread worker strikes in France, customers have found themselves unable to rely on their scheduled transports. Facing flight cancellations, blockades on the roads and congestion at the ports, many customers have turned to C4 Air for help.
A valued customer found themselves facing a costly line-stoppage if they could not source an immediate transport from Italy to the UK. Road transportation was not an option with congestion at the ports causing delays, so C4 Air stepped in to arrange for an immediate air charter. However, when the shipment arrived for loading it was significantly larger than described and would not fit on the plane! Undeterred, the team at C4 Air arranged for the shipment to be re-packaged onto smaller pallets to avoid any delay to the customer. The goods arrived in the UK ahead of schedule, preventing the line stoppage for the client.
Our amazing team of air transport experts are specially trained to react proactively to changing conditions, ensuring we always deliver for our customers.

Did you know that C4 Logistics are working in Hollywood?! You might not see us in the next Hollywood blockbuster but if you enjoy shopping, you will see stores who have benefited from our services.
C4 Air recently completed a transport for a new Hollywood store whose regular supplier were unable to provide their shop fittings in time for their grand opening. The retailer contacted C4 Air who immediately created a bespoke transport plan to ensure the Melrose Place boutique would receive all their goods as soon as possible. Providing a door-to-door service, the team at C4 Air organised collection of the goods and transport to Paris CDG airport. From there the journey continued with a flight to Los Angeles with onward shipment to Hollywood, arriving on Saturday morning in time for the store’s grand opening event.

C4 Logistics are delighted to announce that our extensive network of European offices now includes Spain! From today our Spanish customers will benefit from a local office, including access to a dedicated Business Development Manager and Spanish operations team.
Speaking about the expansion, Group Managing Director Sebastien Barth said: “It is extremely exciting for us to have a dedicated office serving our Spanish customers. The emergency transport market in Spain is flourishing and we have received multiple requests, from manufacturers across Spain for a dedicated service to the area. It is excellent evidence that C4 Logistics continues to grow in reputation and market share, expanding where other companies are struggling to maintain their existing customer base. C4 Spain is an excellent addition to our already established Europe-wide network of local offices, providing transport expertise to the Spanish region”
