Reporting directly to the Group Commercial Director on a daily/weekly basis, the role of Business Development Manager will be to:

  • Prospect and gain new customers, both major blue chip companies and SME businesses
  • Develop and manage existing accounts
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction and retention
  • Promote the company name and values across the territory

We expect you to:

  • Generate sales leads
  • Be confident at cold-calling
  • Identify decision makers and potential requirements for the services we offer
  • Arrange your own appointments
  • Close business both face to face and over the telephone
  • Being able to travel across your territory

 The successful Business Development Manager should hold the following competencies:

  •  Degree educated
  • Positive attitude, confidence and hardworking
  • Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Entrepreneurial ability to source new business opportunities
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Confidence to deal with people at all levels
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good English level
