 The V Festival is one of the main music events of the Summer. 

One of our customers was desperate as he had very little time available to move the stage from the Big Chill Festival to the V Festival. The organisers of the V Festival were under great pressure. Within one hour of the call, our special department despatched the suitable vehicle to recover the situation. Our client was informed step by step of the progress of this sensitive transport. Our team successfully completed this task through the night and was cheered by the V festival’s crowd.

 This case is a prime example of how an automotive manufacturer can benefit from C4 Logistics’ extensive experience and knowledge.

C4 Logistics’ customer needed to move a few boxes from Munich in southern Germany to be delivered urgently to Birmingham. Our special department offered a tailor-made option using an enhanced airfreight solution.

The freight was collected within ninety minutes from the supplier in Munich before being specially channelled onto a commercial flight. The freight departed at 18.00 hrs from Munich Airport (MUC) and arrived at Birmingham Airport (BHX) at 20.30 hrs.

Our C4 team was on hand at BHX to receive the consignment and rush it on to our customer’s facility. The consignment was delivered at 21.30 hrs preventing a track stop situation and huge penalty costs.
