Based in Avonmouth, C4 Bristol serves their customers based in the South West region of England and South Wales. This new venture was created in 2007 with Mr Frederic Cesarion, who has extensive experience within the Time-Critical industry.  With a fine mix of Automotive and Aerospace customers, C4 Bristol is an excellent addition to the C4 Logistics group and continues to grow.

In addtion to the Express services, C4 Logistics have 8000 sq ft of storage available for your use at our depot in Coventry. Fully secure with CCTV and manned 24 hours a day, this facillity can be a usefull cost-effective solution for a number of our customers. 

C4 currently store a mixture of freight ranging from Automotive to Pharmaceutical to general freight just passing through.

Nick Tallon, of Hy-Tech Logstics says; " C4 Logistics receive daily shipments of Haz and nonhaz goods on behalf of our company. These products are then sorted as per DGSA instructions for loading, and then shipped nightly via a trunk to Ireland."

The skills that our team possess have so far contributed to 35% of new customers converted in 2008 being based within Europe. The language barrier does not exist at C4 Logistics and our team can speak fluently to many of our customers in France,Germany,Spain and Poland.

The credit crunch is hitting confidence within the market place, but C4 is securing new business. With 32 new customers within the first four months of 2008, C4 Logistics are determined to reach their targets and to continue to provide an excellent service for their customers.

This was recently seen in a leading national newspaper;

“Thousands more foreign lorries will be attracted to Britain's roads by a European plan to give them freedom to compete with domestic hauliers.
Under the European plan, foreign lorries bringing goods across the Channel would be allowed to carry out an additional three haulage trips within Britain in the seven days after dropping off their original loads. They would be able to sign contracts for regular work with British companies. At present, they can carry out only “ad hoc” work“

The European proposal, which won the support of European transport ministers is likely to be formally approved in June, and is designed to “increase competitiveness and contribute to environmental goals by avoiding empty journeys”. To read the whole article click on here.

We at C4 Logistics will continue to run our fleet of vehicles and relish fair competitveness. This year we are replacing six of our tractor units and trailers and will eventually replace the whole fleet so that we can continue to provide a reliable service to our customers.
