C4 Logistics comes to the rescue in Mexico

C4 Logistics were contacted for help when a major car manufacturer found themselves facing costly line stoppages.

Essential parts had become delayed on the Mexico/America border, breaking the regular supply chain. The location of several parts of the consignment was also unclear. Potential financial consequences to the manufacturer were high.

Within 15 minutes of initial contact, the highly skilled team at C4 Logistics provided a bespoke logistics solution at the lowest possible cost.

Using our international expertise, an operative in Mexico was appointed and the shipment was located. Dedicated road transit through customs to Los Angeles airport was procured and the packages were back in transit after only two hours.

Alternative air freight was sourced and all 261 boxes were flown to Tangier. The consignment arrived at the designated collection location 24hrs ahead of schedule.

C4Sight technology was available throughout, allowing the manufacturer to track their exact package location every 30minutes whilst providing peace of mind that the shipment would arrive in time to continue production.

At C4 Logistics we work tirelessly to ensure our customers receive bespoke and cost effective solutions to their logistics needs. Our team are committed to providing exceptional customer care whilst beating deadlines for the lowest possible cost.
