C4 expand their customer care team



C4 Logistics are delighted to welcome new team member, Claire Marec, to the customer care division of C4 France.

Claire is joining C4 at an extremely exciting time, as increasing demand drives expansion and development.

C4 Logistics are renowned for their exceptional level of customer care; every shipment is comprehensively tracked from collection to delivery. Claire will enhance the already established customer care team at C4 France, working to ensure ongoing transports are monitored and customers are kept fully informed.

Prior to C4 Logistics, Sébastien was UK Manager of Gefco Special (a former subsidiary of the Peugeot Group) and has delivered outstanding customer service to a variety of industries including the automotive, aerospace and pharmaceutical sectors.

Sébastien has an MA in Business and Logistics from ESIDEC Ecole Supérieure Internationale de Commerce, Metz University in France.
