Frederic Cesarion

Frederic joined C4 Logistics in 2007 to establish the South branch serving the South West and South Wales. He has 15 years experience in logistics working as Regional Manager for Gefco UK (Peugeot logistics arm) and also Regional Manager for Frans Maas in France prior to joining our team.  

Sebastien Barth
Director - Operations

Sebastien has over 10 years logistics experience and spent 3 years working for Peugeot managing in-bound logistics before co-founding C4 Logistics in 2001. Coupled with his practical business and management experience Sebastien holds the Diploma in Logistics Management.

Oliver Gavrois
Director - Development

“I like to think of us as the SAS of the logistics sector! We are never off duty and get a buzz out of getting the job done.”

Oliver has 17 years automotive experience and spent 11 years in the logistics arm of Peugeot where he was Regional Manager. He co-founded C4 Logistics with Sebastien in 2001. As well as looking after finances within the business Oliver is also responsible for HR and IT.
